Shipping Options
Nexus Badminton offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable rates will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control, including weather, carrier delays, service disruptions, and other unforeseen events.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after they are received.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
During periods of high order volume, holidays, product launches, promotions, or other circumstances, order processing may take longer than usual.
Order Cancellation
Nexus Badminton reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and for any reason.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, any amount charged for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.
We may expand our shipping availability in the future. Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Certain products may be subject to additional shipping charges due to their size, weight, or handling requirements. Any applicable additional charges will be disclosed on the product page or during checkout.
Free Shipping
Nexus Badminton offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more.
Free shipping is available for eligible U.S. delivery addresses and is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying order threshold is reached and Standard Shipping is selected.
The $150 minimum must be reached in a single qualifying transaction.
Shipping Carriers
Nexus Badminton uses trusted third party shipping carriers to deliver orders.
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times may be affected by factors outside of Nexus Badminton’s control. We work to ensure orders are processed and shipped as quickly, securely, and reliably as possible.
